Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using Thor Leads CRM. By checking the agreement box during checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Thor Leads CRM, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. A required checkbox during checkout confirms your agreement before payment is processed.

2. Description of Services

Thor Leads CRM is a customer relationship management platform designed specifically for insurance agents. The platform may include tools for lead management, automation, communication, reporting, and related CRM features.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you understand the services provided by Thor Leads CRM and that the platform is offered as a business tool, not a guarantee of sales, leads, or income.

3. Subscription Fees

The monthly subscription fee for Thor Leads CRM is $97.00 USD.

This fee covers access to the CRM platform only.

The monthly subscription fee is billed automatically unless properly canceled in accordance with these Terms.

4. Usage-Based Charges (SMS and Calls)

SMS messages and phone calls are not included in the $97.00 monthly subscription.

SMS and call charges are billed separately and are based on actual usage.

Rates may vary depending on volume, carrier, destination, and usage patterns.

You are fully responsible for all usage charges generated by your account.

5. A2P Registration Fees

A2P (Application-to-Person) registration fees are not included in the monthly subscription.

Any A2P registration or compliance fees required for messaging services will be paid by the client.

These fees are non-refundable once submitted or processed.

6. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your Thor Leads CRM subscription, you must submit an official cancellation request form provided by Thor Leads CRM.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date.

Verbal requests, emails, text messages, or informal notices will not be accepted as valid cancellations unless accompanied by the official cancellation form: https://www.thorleadas.com/cancellation-request

Your subscription remains active and billable until the cancellation form is received and processed.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered if a valid cancellation form was submitted prior to the billing date.

If charges occur after a cancellation request was made but no cancellation form was submitted, no refund will be issued.

Usage-based charges, including SMS, calls, and A2P fees, are non-refundable.

Failure to follow the cancellation process outlined in these Terms will result in no refund.

8. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Monitoring your account usage

Understanding all applicable charges

Ensuring proper cancellation procedures are followed

Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws related to insurance marketing, calling, and messaging

Thor Leads CRM is not responsible for misuse of the platform or for charges incurred due to client activity.

9. Changes to Terms

Thor Leads CRM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By checking the agreement box and proceeding to checkout, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions

You agree to all fees, policies, and responsibilities stated above

You acknowledge that SMS, calls, and A2P registration are billed separately

You understand the cancellation and refund requirements
