THOR CRM Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice Requirement

Customers may cancel their THOR CRM subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request via email to hiring@tpglife.com or through their account dashboard.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.

Cancellations submitted after this period will take effect at the end of the next billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued.

By using THOR CRM, you agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy. THOR CRM reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, with updates communicated to users via email and our website.

Refund Policy

No Refunds for Partial Use: THOR CRM does not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused features, or account downgrades.

Annual Plans: If a customer cancels an annual subscription before the term ends, no refunds will be provided. However, the account will remain active until the end of the prepaid period.

Free Trials: If a customer is on a free trial, they must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid automatic charges for the next billing cycle.

Termination by THOR CRM

THOR CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s account, without refund, if the user:

Violates the terms of service or engages in fraudulent activity

Abuses system resources or engages in behavior that negatively impacts other users

Fails to make timely payments

Data Retention & Account Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, customer data will remain available for 30 days after the subscription ends. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Customers are responsible for exporting any necessary data before the termination of their subscription.

Reinstatement Policy

If a canceled account is reactivated within 30 days, users may request data restoration (subject to availability).

Accounts inactive for over 30 days will require a new setup, and past data may not be retrievable.
